Call Center Agent

About the Role:

The Call Center Sales Representative (Outbound) is responsible for proactively contacting prospective and existing customers to promote and sell IT products and solutions, with a focus on Microsoft offerings such as Microsoft 365, Office Home & Business, Windows, and Server products. The role involves generating leads, qualifying opportunities, conducting product presentations, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound calls and follow-up activities. The representative is also responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records, managing the sales pipeline, and providing excellent customer service to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from cold outreach to closing the deal
  • Conduct outbound calls and personalized email outreach to generate leads
  • Present, demo, and sell Microsoft software products (e.g., Microsoft 365, Office Home and Business, Servers) to B2B client
  • Build relationships with decision-makers including IT managers, operations heads, and procurement teams
  • Handle objections and customize pitches to meet specific client needs
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and follow up on leads efficiently
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales (software sales preferred)
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle independently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products or cloud-based software solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Skills

  • Prior experience selling Microsoft software or working with a Microsoft partner
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools
  • Background in SaaS or IT solution selling

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
