Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls for ACA campaign
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain call quality and meet daily targets
• Record customer details properly in the system

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Previous call center experience preferred (ACA experience is a plus)
• Ability to work in night shift
• Target-driven and punctual
