Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Call Center Specialist to join our Driver Engagement Team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to commercial truck drivers to support onboarding, provide product guidance, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive experience with Traxen's technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to commercial drivers to onboard them to Traxen’s iQ-Cruise® platform.
- Answer inbound calls from drivers to assist with questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits in a way that is friendly, engaging, and easy to understand.
- Collect feedback from drivers about their experience and escalate issues or insights to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and follow-up tasks using internal systems.
- Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve the driver experience.
- Meet performance goals including call volume, satisfaction ratings, and timely follow-ups.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as office cleaning, supply purchasing and bill payment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a technical or transportation product.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a calm, empathetic, and professional tone.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Proficient with CRM systems, call center software, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience or familiarity with the commercial trucking industry is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9am-3pm
- Ability to be switched to full-time salaried employee with benefits depending on if we find the right fit
