* Answering patient calls and inquiries

* Booking and confirming appointments

* Following up with new leads and converting them into bookings

* Explaining services, offers, and basic pricing

* Managing WhatsApp and social media inquiries

* Sending appointment reminders

* Following up with potential clients and encouraging visits

* Coordinating with reception staff and doctors

* Entering patient data into the system

* Handling patient feedback and complaints

* Achieving sales targets and conversion goals

* Following up on marketing campaigns and leads

* Preparing daily reports for bookings and conversions

* Maintaining patient data confidentiality

* Dealing with patients professionally and politely

* Ability to handle work pressure and respond quickly

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
