Job Title: Call Center Agent – Lead Generation (US Campaign)

We are hiring experienced Call Center Agents for a US-based lead generation campaign. If you have strong communication skills and confidence in English, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls for US-based lead generation campaigns

Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients.

Maintain accurate call records

Meet daily and monthly performance targets. Demonstrate excellent typing speed, along with strong keyboard and mouse control.

Working Hours (Pakistan Time):

November to March: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

March to November: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

(US Central Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary Range:

PKR 40,000 – 65,000 (based on experience and performance)

Requirements:

Prior experience in call center / lead generation (mandatory)

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Ability to work well in a team environment

Training:

Complete training will be provided.
