Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We’re hiring a Client Success Specialist for a clinic based in Clifton, Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients and patients.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in representing the clinic’s standards of care, professionalism, and service excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all patients and clients, particularly through phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and clients over the phone
• Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive, welcoming experience
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about services
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings using effective communication
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, or sales is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Professional, positive, and proactive attitude when dealing with patients and visitors
• Ability to handle calls with confidence, patience, and empathy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call handling systems
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be able to commute to Clifton, Karachi
