Call Center Agent (Contact Center) - Onsite

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Recruiter 1 is responsible for creating a positive donor experience when contacting and recruiting blood donors to schedule appointments at donor centers and mobile blood drives for Carter BloodCare (CBC) and other contracted blood center clients. This position requires the ability to learn quickly, and utilize/adapt scripts successfully, when necessary. The Recruiter 1 enthusiastically helps donors, and displays a friendly, respectful, and kind demeanor during donor interactions.

Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required

• Bilingual (Spanish), preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year of customer service experience

• 1 year of computer experience and working knowledge of computer applications

• 6 months of experience with sensitive data management or in a compliance-regulated environment, preferred

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Outstanding customer service and typing skills

• Ability to work as a team to complete assigned tasks

• Strong, active listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to follow communication scripts

• Strong endurance toward performing repetitive tasks with the ability to remain focused and on task

• Good comprehension of computers and computer applications
