About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Call Center Agent – Customer Support Representative to join our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling UK-based security personnel, managing shift coverage, and providing professional support to both clients and security officers.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Roster & Shift Details

  • Current Pattern: 4 days ON → 4 days OFF
  • Shift Duration: 12 hours per shift
  • Note: This is a full-time contract position, and shift timings or roster patterns may change in the future based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule security guards for various UK sites using Parim or other scheduling tools
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and live queries
  • Manage last-minute shift changes, call-ins, and scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate shift records, attendance logs, and notes
  • Provide professional support to clients and guards
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, call center work, or scheduling
  • Fluent English (verbal + written)
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with scheduling software (Parim knowledge is a plus; training provided)
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
