About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Conversion Specialist to join our established international dental clinic. This is a key position responsible for managing and converting incoming leads through our CRM system, directly impacting our practice growth and patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Efficiently manage and track all incoming leads through Zoho CRM platform
- Lead Conversion: Convert prospective patients into scheduled appointments through effective communication and follow-up strategies
- Patient Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate dental treatments
- Follow-up Excellence: Implement systematic follow-up processes to nurture leads and maintain patient relationships
- Data Analysis: Monitor conversion rates, track lead sources, and provide regular performance reports
- Treatment Coordination: Work closely with clinical team to schedule appropriate treatments and procedures
Required QualificationsEssential Requirements:
- English fluency - excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM (minimum 1-2 years)
- Demonstrated track record in lead conversion with measurable results
- Knowledge of dental treatments and procedures (restorative, cosmetic, orthodontics, oral surgery)
- Strong sales and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience in healthcare or dental industry preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM specifically required)
- Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
- Phone and email communication excellence
