Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven female call center agents to engage and expand our client base in the UK and US markets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, excel in a target-driven environment, and are eager to build a career in international business development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and the confidence to engage with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities from potential clients in the UK and US.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SEO and digital marketing services, tailoring the pitch to address specific client needs and pain points.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospect relationships.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the company CRM.
• Utilize sales data and market feedback to continuously refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum academic qualification of Matric / O-Level / Intermediate. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral, clear, and professional accent suitable for UK and US clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, persuasive pitching, and effective negotiation.
• A results-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach and a proven drive to achieve goals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or the digital marketing industry is a significant advantage.
• We strongly encourage fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in sales to apply.

• Shift Timings (Monday - Friday):
• UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT
• US Market Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
