Job Vacancy – Call Center Agent (Female)

A well-established Restaurant Group is seeking to hire a Female Call Center Agent to join our team.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Urdu (spoken is mandatory).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to handle order-entry systems.
• Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and take orders accurately.
• Coordinate orders with restaurant branches.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
