Call Center Agent - Females Only

A Real Estate Call Agent is responsible for contacting potential clients, responding to property inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales & leasing team. The role involves maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing accurate information about available properties and real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to property-related inquiries.
  • Provide information about available properties, pricing, and project details.
  • Qualify leads and update customer information in the Lead Sheet.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments for sales & leasing agents.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support marketing campaigns by contacting potential buyers and investors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
