We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing product or service information to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We have 3 shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product or service knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment or customer service role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
