Call Center Agent (Health Care)

We are seeking a professional and patient-focused Call Center Agent to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high standard of customer service while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical services, departments, and physician availability
  • Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
  • Handle patient complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and patient confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 02–03 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM or healthcare systems
