Call Center Agent – Inbound (Night Shift) – Female Only

We are hiring Female Inbound Call Center Agents for our night shift. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers, and converting inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Provide product and service information
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
• Maintain call records and update CRM
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in night shift
• Call center or sales experience will be preferred
