A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER AGENT - INSIDE SALES REP

As a Call Center Agent - Inside Sales Rep offering HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical solutions to customers. This
is a phone-heavy position as you respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls.

Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with customers where we quoted work and didn't sell in an effort to help them move forward and make sure they are getting 100% satisfaction. This position is very important to make sure that our employees are thorough with customers and explain the value that we provide that other companies don't. It also allows our team to stay busy with work and keep schedules filled. The secondary responsibility will be answering inbound calls for new and existing
customers, scheduling appointments, and communicating with technicians when necessary.

Outgoing and friendly, you build a rapport with clients while maintaining a sense of urgency to help solidify the close. As you speak with customers, you promote our HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical services and resolve any objections to set firm appointments. You take great pride in using your excellent customer follow-up and lead management skills to help increase our sales and bring more profits to our company!

QUALIFICATIONS

This position would be a good fit for a highly organized person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. What matters most is that you meet the following requirements:

• Experience in a sales or customer service role, commonly called rehash
• Proficiency with phone and email communication
• Drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers

While not required, experience working in a call center or performing phone sales or previous in-home sales experience is highly desired. You will work a rotating schedule. Multiple shifts are available from Monday-Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, hours will rotate, between 11 am-7 pm or 12pm – 8pm, varying shifts. (Ex. 7 am-4 pm or 9 am-6pm)
