Call Center Agent – Night Shift

Location: Siddiq Trade Center, Main Gulberg 2, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday OFF)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary: 30,000 – 80,000 PKR + Uncapped Commission
Superior Tech Solutions is looking for energetic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our outbound campaign team. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Explain products/services clearly
• Meet daily and weekly call targets
• Maintain records of calls and client responses
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
• Comfortable with night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
• Able to work Monday to Friday
