Job Overview

Better Business Solutions is hiring Call Center Agents for a night shift US-based campaign. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with strong communication skills who are willing to grow in a professional and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound/inbound calls for US-based clients

- Communicate effectively with customers and present company services

- Generate leads and maintain client relationships

- Achieve daily and monthly targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills

- Ability to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

- Basic knowledge of IT services (preferred)

- Freshers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
