Call Center Agent-Outbound
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: Open 9 AM-5:30 PM AND 11 AM- 7:30 PM
Salary: $14.00 Hourly

About the Position:

- Make outbound calls using a provided script
- Engage customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Follow the call flow and meet performance goals
- Accurately input call details and maintain records
- Represent our brand with enthusiasm and integrity
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Basic computer skills (typing, navigating software, using email/browser)
- Positive energy and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and follow a script clearly and naturally
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- 1 year of previous call center experience
Technical Requirements:
PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) with 8 GB RAM
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
USB-connected Headset
Webcam
A quiet, dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children.
- Shifts available Monday through Sunday.
- Must be able to work a mix of morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts
Language/Education:
- English as a primary language
- High school diploma or equivalent
