Call Center Agent - Outbound Sales (Night Shift)

What You Will Do

• Make 200 to 300 outbound cold calls per day using our system.
• Deliver structured, high-energy voicemails when customers don't pick up.
• Engage US-based prospects, handle objections smoothly, and pitch the value of our financial products.
• Successfully transfer interested prospects to our senior team to close the deal.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly transfer quotas.

Shift Timings & Working Days

• Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Technical & Infrastructure Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered for this role, you must already possess the following infrastructure at home:

• A reliable power backup solution (UPS/Inverter/Generator). Power outages are not accepted as an excuse for downtime. If you do not have proper power backup, please do not apply.
• A reliable, fast laptop or desktop PC.
• A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
• Wired headphones with a noise-canceling microphone (Standard mobile earphones/airpods are strictly not allowed).
• A dedicated, completely silent workspace free from any background noise (family, pets, street traffic).

Strict Policy Note: We maintain a professional standard for our US clients. We have a zero-tolerance policy for background noise. If background noise is heard on a live call, it will result in immediate termination.
