Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries, listings, and client follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and property type.
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings with agents.
  • Update and manage the CRM system with accurate client details and follow-up actions.
  • Respond promptly to WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to ensure smooth client handling.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of available listings and market updates.
  • Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service to ensure conversion.
  • Prepare daily call and lead reports for management review.
