Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent with real estate experience to join one of our prestigious client. The role involves handling customer interactions calls, emails, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries

Provide accurate information about property listings, services, and real estate processes.

Respond to customer queries promptly across all channels (phone, email, chat)

Follow up with clients on leads, inquiries, and service requests

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT department) for issue resolution.

Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (Salesforce)

Use Microsoft Tools for tracking inquiries, reports, and data management

Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet response time SLAs

Achieve assigned KPIs and performance targets
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in call centre / customer service (multi-channel support: calls, email, chat).

Real estate experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.

Proficiency in Microsoft tools

Ability to handle multiple channels simultaneously
