Hiring: Call Centre Agent

Peaksy Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is looking for a motivated and sales-driven Call Centre Executive to join our growing team!
If you are confident in sales, enjoy talking to customers, and can handle high-volume calls while achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Convert inquiries into confirmed party bookings
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain party packages, events, and promotions
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate confirmed bookings with operations team
- Deliver excellent customer service
KPI & Targets:
- 100–150 calls per day
- 50 WhatsApp/SMS follow-ups daily
- Monthly target: 120 hot leads converted into bookings
- KPI: Exceed 120 hot leads monthly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in call centre, telesales, or customer service preferred
- Fluent in English
- Arabic speaker is an advantage
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Target-driven and energetic personality
- Ability to work under pressure
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 2,500 – AED 3,000
