Fusion Estimating is urgently hiring a Call Center Sales Executive with proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client closing. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with potential customers, identifying business opportunities, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone outreach.
- Present company services professionally and effectively.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships.
- Handle customer objections and close sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects.
- Meet monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, call center sales, or business development.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
