Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 + Uncapped Incentives

Job Description

As a Call Center Agent – UK Sales, you will communicate with UK-based customers, present products or services, and close sales effectively. This position is suitable for individuals looking to build a career in sales, customer service, and the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to UK customers
• Present products and services professionally
• Close sales and meet conversion targets
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Maintain daily performance and sales reports
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good English communication skills (spoken and listening)
• Confident, target-driven, and energetic personality
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work in a day shift environment
• Previous UK campaign or mobility experience is a plus
