Job Summary:
Travels Hook UK Umrah is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls for our UK-based Umrah and travel clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in sales, and a strong understanding of travel or Umrah packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK clients and respond to inbound leads.
- Promote and sell Umrah, Hajj, and travel packages to potential customers.
- Maintain daily sales logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist customers with information regarding visa, flights, and hotel details.
- Coordinate with the UK operations team for confirmed bookings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or call center role (Travel/Umrah preferred).
- Excellent English communication (British accent or understanding is a plus).
- Confident, punctual, and result-driven.
- Must be available for UK shift timings (12 PM – 9 PM Pakistan Time).
- Computer literate (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
