Call Center Agent – Umrah Travel Campaign (Night Shift)

We are hiring energetic and motivated Call Center Agents for our Umrah Travel Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding potential customers about Umrah packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries
• Provide complete and accurate information regarding Umrah packages
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
• Maintain proper call records and customer data
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Maintain a professional and polite communication style

Requirements:

• Prior experience in call center or Umrah travel campaign (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a night shift
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
