Position Overview:
We are hiring articulate and results-driven Call Center Agents to manage outbound communications with our US-based clientele. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and identifying opportunities to add value through our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a target of 200+ outbound calls daily to engage with US clients.
• Deliver expert support and information on our SEO, Digital Marketing, PPC, and web development services.
• Proactively identify and qualify 3-5 weekly upselling opportunities for service enhancements.
• Educate clients on service performance and recommend beneficial upgrades.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Matric / O-Level; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. A basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
• Soft Skills (Required):
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US accent training will be provided).
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and high emotional intelligence.
• A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Availability: Must be available for the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and work on-site from our office in Lahore (Gulberg).
