Job Overview

We are hiring Call Center Agents for a U.S. B2B Appointment Setting Campaign. This role is focused on booking qualified appointments with business owners—no direct sales or closing involved.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with international campaign experience who want a stable role without aggressive sales pressure, while still earning performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based business owners
• Introduce services and book qualified appointments
• Engage prospects professionally and build initial interest
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Meet daily/weekly appointment booking targets (non-sales KPIs)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in any international campaign
• Strong English communication and conversational skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Basic understanding of B2B calling or appointment setting is a plus
• Comfortable working night shift (U.S. hours)
• Available for on-site work in Cantt, Lahore
