Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Job Description

As a Call Center Agent – US Telesales (Truck Dispatch), you will communicate with US-based clients, promote truck dispatch services, generate leads, and close sales. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, logistics, and the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers for truck dispatch services
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain daily follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
• Build strong relationships with potential clients
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and listening)
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

• Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus
