Call Center Agent (US Timings)

Job Summary:

Travels Hook (Pvt) Ltd is urgently hiring experienced and energetic Call Center Agents to join our team. The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, primarily targeting US-based clients, to promote Umrah, Hajj, and travel-related packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate information regarding Umrah, Hajj, and travel packages.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and CRM records.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Participate in daily meetings and performance discussions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center or sales experience (travel industry preferred).
• Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work in night shift (US hours).
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
