We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Agent with a background in corporate banking to join our team.
Must have a transferrable QID, experience in corporate banking in Qatar only.
- - Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- - Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular, face-to-face meetings and follow-up activities.
- - Promote and sell corporate banking products and services, including loans, credit facilities, cash management, and other tailored financial solutions.
- - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- - Conduct financial needs analysis for each client to provide appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives.
- - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to the strategic growth of the corporate banking division.
Qualifications:
- Must have high school or bachelor’s degree.
