Call Center Agent (with Salon Experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent with previous experience in the salon, beauty to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of salon services, treatments, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding salon services, bookings, products, and promotions.
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings through the salon management system.
• Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Address customer concerns and ensure resolution to maintain satisfaction.
• Promote services, upsell treatments, and inform customers about special offers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
• Collaborate with salon teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a call center or receptionist role, preferably within the salon or beauty industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, salon services, and product offerings.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Customer-focused with a polite, professional, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using booking software or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Currently residing in the UAE with valid employment eligibility.
