We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Call Center Agents to join our team. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or surveys as required.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently or escalate to the supervisor if needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and clear phone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management software.
