Call Center Agents

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Call Center Agents to join our team. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or surveys as required.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently or escalate to the supervisor if needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and clear phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management software.
