Call Center Agents Needed for Evening Shift (6 PM-12:30 AM)

Position Overview:

We are hiring Agents for Calling Purpose for the role of Cold Calling/Lead Generation Specialist.

• (No sales involved – only simple lead generation. Training will be provided.)

You will be responsible for interacting with new customers via calls, Convincing and good communication is required for this job to generate business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and recurring customers through energetic and professional communication
• Perform outbound calls for lead generation
• Manage follow-ups via calls and emails
• Maintain customer interaction logs (training will be provided)

Requirements:

• Age Under 25 Yrs
• Education: Intermediate, O/A Levels, Bachelors, or University Undergraduates
• Basic understanding of outbound call center operations
• Must be:
• Energetic & enthusiastic
• Creative and confident
• A multitasker and active listener
• Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory
