Call Center Agents – Night Shift

Job Description

We are looking for motivated Call Center Sales Agents to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for a US-based campaign. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

Both experienced and fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

Shift Timing

10:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary & Compensation

Experienced Candidates: PKR 40,000 + commission

Fresh Candidates: PKR 35,000 during 15-day paid training

After confirmation: PKR 40,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with US customers professionally

Pitch and sell products/services while addressing objections effectively

Maintain a confident, persuasive communication style with a neutral or American accent

Demonstrate strong knowledge of US states, cities, and time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST)

Build customer rapport and ensure a positive call experience

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Accurately update CRM systems with call and sales data

Follow campaign scripts, compliance standards, and sales strategies

Requirements

Excellent spoken English

Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Ability to work night shift

US call center experience preferred (not mandatory)

Punctual, professional, and reliable
