Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Answer incoming customer calls promptly and make outbound calls for follow-ups, sales, or appointment scheduling.
- Inquiry Resolution: Listen attentively to customer needs, identify issues, and provide accurate, helpful solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Data Management: Accurately log call details, update customer information, and manage records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Sales & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products, services, or upgrades to customers.
- Escalation: Route complex or unresolved complaints to the appropriate department managers or specialized teams
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
