Call Center Assistant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sun Up Zero Down is looking for an experienced call center manager to help supervise and help grow our call center in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We purchase warm solar leads from various vendors, and we also cold call homeowners throughout the state of NJ. Once appointments are set, we send our in home solar consultants out to close the deal. This job is requires a very specific skill set and management expertise. You must be willing to make back to back calls for hours at a time while managing the team around you and making sure daily appointment goals are met!

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. help manage call center team and make sure daily appointment goals are met

2. lead by example

3. deliver a scripted sales pitch to the customerqualify and set confirmed appointments

4. maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the day

5. Ability to give direction, coaching and training to improve teams performance

6. must have reliable transportation to our office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

8. Advanced computer literacy a must!

9. Must know excel, experience with call tools a plus

10. Clear, concise verbal communication in english (bilingual in spanish is a strong plus)

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
