You will be interacting by phone with homeowners who have expressed interest in our products:

The Call Center Assistant Manager must have:

• Call Center supervisory experience (required)
• Minimum 3 years of outbound call center experience with a focus on appointment setting
• Excellent telephone and inter personal communication skills
• Strong ability in recruiting, training and developing other call center agents
• Solid organizational abilities
• Positive mental attitude
• Competitive drive
• High energy and motivation level
• Strong will to succeed
• Desire to learn, set and achieve goals
