Responsibilities
 

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Meet personal and team targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
 

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating different software systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
