In this role, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners to confirm scheduled appointments for our sales and project teams while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Confirm scheduled appointments with homeowners by phone, text, and email
• Verify customer information and appointment details
• Reschedule appointments when necessary
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives and management
• Help ensure appointment attendance and overall customer satisfaction

• Previous call center, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred
