About the Role
Bali 4 is expanding its ACA operations and is looking for driven, energetic, and customer-focused Call Center CSRs. If you have 2 to 6 months of ACA or call center experience and are eager to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment, this opportunity is ideal for you. You will interact directly with customers, verify essential information, and ensure every call is handled smoothly and in compliance with campaign standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and update customer information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while identifying customer needs.
• Maintain a customer-first approach during every interaction.
• Accurately enter data into the system while following call flow guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 months of ACA experience required.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Good listening, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry capability.
• Must be 18+ and comfortable working night shifts.
