About the Role
Bali 4 is expanding its ACA campaign and is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-oriented Call Center CSRs. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 6 months of ACA or call center experience who are looking to grow within a professional and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, verifying critical information, and ensuring every interaction meets campaign and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and update customer details.
• Communicate professionally while understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach on every call.
• Accurately record information in the system by following defined call flows.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 months of ACA experience (mandatory).
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Good listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with accurate data entry skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and comfortable working night shifts.
