About the Role

Meta Voice is expanding its Final Expense & Medicare campaigns and is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Call Center CSRs. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2 to 6 months of call center experience who want to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment. In this role, you will interact with customers, verify important information, and ensure that every call meets campaign guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for Final Expense and Medicare campaigns
• Verify and update customer information accurately
• Communicate clearly and professionally while understanding customer needs
• Maintain a customer-first approach during every interaction
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system while following call guidelines

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 months of call center experience required (Final Expense or Medicare experience preferred)
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good listening, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer knowledge with accurate data entry skills
• Must be 18 years or older and comfortable working night shifts
