Call Center CSR (Night Shift)

Strive Bpo are hiring Call Center Agents (CSR) for our US-based campaign.
If you can speak decent English and handle customer calls confidently, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

• Handle outbound calls for the US market
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
• Follow scripts and meet daily call targets
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and a positive attitude during shifts
• Work with the team and stay consistent in performance

Who Can Apply

• 6 Months to 1 year experience in call center
• Basic to good English communication skills
• Must be available for the night shift
• Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn

Shift Timings

• Night Shift (US hours) – Full-time (7:20pm-4:40am)
