Leads Expert BPO is seeking enthusiastic and career-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, making outbound calls, addressing their concerns, and offering effective solutions. It’s an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to build a career in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote our products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely information.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain detailed records in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Age: 18 years or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
