Call Center Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking multiple customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients via phone, email and digital text to provide support to our dealers online purchase inquires. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in sales or customer service are highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry into CRM systems
  • Follow call center protocols to ensure quality service standards are met
  • Assist with client follow-up communications via email, text or phone as needed
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, additional languages are advantageous
  • Experience in call center environments, sales or customer service roles is a plus, but we will train the right person as well.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently, including typing skills
  • Analytical skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
