Nova Water & Air is seeking a reliable and organized Call Center / Dispatch Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers while ensuring a smooth flow of qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
The ideal candidate is professional on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems while coordinating schedules and dispatching appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers
- Qualify prospects generated through events, retail locations, and marketing campaigns
- Confirm appointments with prospects before dispatching sales representatives
- Schedule sales consultations and product demonstrations
- Route and dispatch confirmed appointments to the appropriate sales representatives or locations
- Track lead status, confirmations, and outcomes within company CRM systems
Support marketing performance through timely follow-up and accurate lead data management
Qualifications
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple leads and schedules simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking tools preferred
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
