Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role requires effective communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Address customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations in the CRM system.
• Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
• Upsell products/services when appropriate and identify sales opportunities.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
