The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to convert inquiries into booked consultations. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Communication Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from potential and existing patients. Provide accurate information about aesthetic treatments, procedures, prices, and promotions. Address patient concerns in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Appointment Management Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic reception to ensure smooth scheduling. Send reminders to patients before their appointments. 3. Lead Conversion Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements. Convert inquiries into clinic consultations and treatment bookings. Maintain high conversion rates and patient satisfaction. 4. Patient Records Update and maintain patient information in the clinic CRM or EMR system. Record call details, inquiries, and follow-up actions. 5. Customer Experience Ensure a positive patient experience from the first point of contact. Handle complaints or escalate complex cases to management when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in call center, customer service, or aesthetic clinic (preferred). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, laser, and skin treatments. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Ability to work with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software.
